About Samuel Isler

With over 8 years of experience in VMware sales, I am a passionate and driven professional who thrives on delivering solutions that meet the needs and challenges of my customers. I have a strong background in VMware technology, products, and services, and am VMware VSP and VTSP certified. I am passionate in my work at Dell Technologies, where I can leverage my skills and expertise to support the VMware SLED, Healthcare, and Commercial business in the Mid-Atlantic region. In my current role of VMware field sales, I aim to accelerate the VMware business in tandem with Dell’s hardware portfolio - identifying new opportunities and leading VMware conversations with customers. I manage the VMware enablement programs for Dell teams, channel partners, and customers alike. I also developed expertise in Federal, State, and Higher Education contracts, and collaborate with peers often to improve sales skills, develop account plans, and drive team-wide success. I have consistently over-attained yearly quota goals and achieved quarterly MVP awards. In addition to the big picture field efforts, I have proficiency in licensing, quoting/pricing, contracts, and procurement, and I have developed and maintained strong relationships with various stakeholders. I am always eager to learn new things, explore new opportunities, and challenge myself to grow as a sales professional.
