About Samuel J. Davis

Serves as the Chief, Supply and Transportation Division at Office of Assistant Chief of Staff, G-4, United States Army Intelligence and Security Command. During his assignment he deployed to Kandahar, Afghanistan October 2009 for a six months as Assistant Chief of Staff, G-4, Logistics Liaison Officer Forward and deployed February 2011 for 12 months to Balad, Iraq as Deputy Commander for the 332d Expeditionary Mission Support Group, United States Air Force. Previously served as the, Chief, Operations and Programs Division, from 2017-2021, Chief, Technical Support Division, from 2009 - 2017. I started working for INSCOM as the Chief of Plans and Programs Division in 2006. As a Division Chief for complex projects which are of prime importance to the United States Army mission, he directs the effort of a professional and technical workforce engaged in planning, coordinating and executing the technical support to Intelligence systems deployed worldwide and in support of OIF and OEF. Provides executive leadership, management, influence and oversight of logistics support planning for systems being developed for supported INSCOM units, Army and Department of Defense. He integrates all activities so that his Division can provide required support to all projects and Warfighters within the Intelligence footprint. He directs the accomplishment of high visibility programs. Mr. Davis’ significant professional training includes the Leadership in Democratic Society Course, LEAD Executive Program Training, Senior Executive Assessment Program and Force Management Course. He has been highly recognized for his leadership and service to INSCOM Assistant Chief of Staff, G-4 and the United States Army for his 40 years of federal service.
