About Samuel Juan

Product Associate at Kick Avenue with a Computer Science background (GPA 3.91/4.00), specializing in technical product management from requirement to design to QA to deployment. I lead cross-functional teams of 6-10 engineers, drive 90%+ sprint completion through structured processes, and build automation frameworks that deliver measurable impact—including 100+ Playwright test cases for critical user flows. I bridge business needs with technical execution by owning the complete product lifecycle. At Kick Avenue, I'm leading a full-platform revamp, authoring 15+ Product Requirement Documents, creating Figma wireframes when needed, and serving as the technical bridge between business and engineering. When our team was delivering only 60-70% of sprint commitments, I designed a reward system and performance dashboard that drove completion to 90%+. Before this, I built solutions that moved the needle: a Selenium automation system at KarirLab that cut manual work from 4 hours to 15 minutes (96% efficiency gain), operational dashboards used across teams, and user research with 50+ universities that shaped product roadmaps. At MSIB (Ministry of Education), I led communication for students and managed 250 representatives—performance that led to being hired from volunteer to staff. I thrive in roles where I can leverage both technical depth and product thinking. Whether it's jumping into code to build automation, designing flows in Figma, or leading engineers through complex technical decisions—I'm comfortable owning end-to-end product development. Open to connecting with fellow product people or discussing opportunities in Technical PM, Product Engineer, or Product Lead roles. Jakarta, Indonesia | samueljuan0619@gmail.com
