About Samuel Lane

Hello! I am a passionate health and wellness advocate who inspires others to lead healthier, more fulfilling lives. As a 2024 graduate from the University of Kansas with a Bachelor's degree in Health Science, I've dedicated myself to helping people unlock their full potential both physically and mentally. Currently, I work as an instructor at Orangetheory, where I have the privilege of guiding and motivating individuals through high-energy, dynamic workouts. Seeing my clients achieve their fitness goals and transform their lives is incredibly rewarding, fueling my passion for this work every day. Alongside my work in the fitness industry, I'm also an aspiring public speaker and writer. I believe in the power of words to educate, inspire, and effect positive change. Through my writing and speaking engagements, I aim to share valuable insights and strategies for optimizing health, overcoming challenges, and living a life of purpose. If you're interested in health, wellness, personal growth, or simply looking for inspiration to kick-start your journey, I'd love to connect with you. Let's explore how we can support and motivate each other to become the best versions of ourselves!
