About Samuel Menner

As an early career pharmacist, I am excited to apply my knowledge, experience, and skillset to the development of impactful and innovative therapeutics that will directly benefit patients and positively impact the future of healthcare. I look forward to an exciting year of developing comprehensive pharmacovigilance (PV) expertise within the development of new molecules in first-in-human oncology trials. I will develop knowledge related to safety monitoring, clinical safety surveillance, PV regulatory requirements, early phase clinical trial design, and benefit/risk analysis - all with the patient and science top of mind. I believe that my broad experiences within inpatient clinical care, retail pharmacy, outpatient clinics, early phase clinical development, medical affairs, and pharmaceutical sales give me a valuable perspective on how medications make it from early development to the patients that need them. I am an eager learner, team player, and futuristic thinker focused on positively impacting patients’ lives and how to better treat diseases affecting them. I believe that any problem can be solved with the right mindset and team. I look forward to experiences that will help propel me forward as a professional and give me different perspectives within the healthcare landscape.
