I am an experienced customer service agent having worked at Kenya Airways for the last 15 years gaining invaluable training, knowledge, skills, and exposure to guests and their varied levels of desires and expectations. I am proud to have been able to collect several accolades at my current place of work for outstanding service delivery, leave lasting impressions on many guests, and be able to use soft skills efficiently while carrying out duties. Before joining Kenya Airways, I worked as an SEN teacher identifying and providing individualized plans to specific learners, something that I have learned to resonate well with when dealing with high-value customers who provide great business. I am always looking to continue learning beyond the seemingly obvious horizons. I love challenges and thus feel inclined to accept novel ones coming my way.
