About Samuel Porter

Hello! I've accumulated years of knowledge and experience as a Technical Writer in the software industry, and I still apply it in my current position as a Knowledge Management Specialist. I frequently assist other Technical Writers at my current company in organizing, proofing, and polishing content, for the good of the company and its customer base. I have a passion for helping people, which I put on display every day and is also evident in my experiences in tutoring, food services, and working with neurodivergent young people and domesticated animals. I am also neurodivergent myself, as well as LGBTQIA+, and am committed to promoting workplace diversity.Specialties: Technical writing, editing, and proofing; Microsoft Office; organizational skills; training; promoting diversity and inclusion; personal customer service
