Create and execute Yearly Production Budget base on demand forecast. Control production cost, including Fixed, Variable, GOH and FOH cost. Supervise staff and responsible to monitor plan material actual balance and accurate sales forecast and production planning. Reporting Monthly Production Report and Monthly Sales Report to General Manager Head Office.
