About Samuel Sarakbi

With seven years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, I specialize in process development. At Pfizer, I focused on downstream processes for early and late phase gene therapy projects. This included designing experiments, analyzing results, and contributing to technical reports and regulatory filings. Previously, at Askbio, I gained versatile experience in AAV gene therapy, working across scales from 1L to 250L. I actively participated in process improvement studies, demonstrating adaptability and project management skills in dynamic environments. My career journey began at Prometic, where I developed affinity ligands targeting specific plasma proteins. This initial exposure ignited my passion for gene therapy, leading me to specialize in this transformative field. I am currently completing a Masters degree, which will be completed in December, further enhancing my skills and knowledge to contribute meaningfully to the pharmaceutical industry.
