As an Admin logistics at The Delta group, I provide efficient and effective administrative support to the operations team, ensuring smooth and timely delivery of services to customers. I handle various tasks such as data entry, invoice processing, document management, and customer service, using my problem solving and analytical skills to resolve issues and optimize processes. I am also a student at Nelson College London, pursuing my bachelor's degree in hospitality administration/management, with a passion for learning and developing new skills. I have gained valuable experience in the hospitality industry, working as a team manager, an associate, and an assistant at different organizations, where I demonstrated my customer service, communication, and sales skills. Additionally, I have developed my creative and technical skills in editing, using Adobe Photoshop and video editing software, as well as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. I am motivated by challenges and opportunities to enhance my skills and contribute to the success of my team and organization.
