Currently, I am a Cloud Design Engineer – Missile Defense Agency, where I am responsible for network optimization and security compliance, network and hardware management, handling remote site network architecture, network issue diagnosis and resolution, network anomaly analysis, and redline engineering. Additionally, I have a proven track record in designing, implementing, and maintaining complex network infrastructure, optimizing operational efficiency, and overseeing system administration tasks. Throughout my career, I have always been commended for achieving consistent excellence in all of the roles I have worked in. I have been a high achiever and a performance-driven leader with a collaborative approach to developing useful IT network operational strategies. Academic highlights: I have completed an Associate’s degree in Computer Science at Community College of the Air Force. Technical Skill-stack: I have extensive knowledge of workspace management technologies such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Terraform Automation, Windows Scripting, Azure, AWS Solutions Architect, LAN/WAN Technologies, BMC Remedy Ticketing System, VMware, and NutanixOS, amongst several other tools. Goal and skillset: I am an exceptional team leader and always work in a high-performance mode.
