Met de kennis van mijn afgeronde studies Cognitieve Kunstmatige Intelligentie (BSc) en Toegepaste Cognitieve Psychologie (MSc) zet ik me in om AI-technologieën toegankelijk te maken voor een breed publiek. Tijdens mijn studie specialiseerde ik me in het verbeteren van de AI-ervaring door inzicht in gebruikersperceptie en gedrag. Voor mijn masterscriptie onderzocht ik bij TLBX hoe illustraties acties herkenbaar maken, wat bijdroeg aan snellere opvolging van veiligheidsinstructies. Bij ABN AMRO Bank werkte ik aan UX design en research om de klantreis te optimaliseren. Daarnaast beheerde ik als officemanager bij lekkerbootjevaren.nl operationele aspecten, zoals bedrijfsprocessen, personeelsinzet en klantcontact. Met ervaring in evenementenorganisatie ben ik ook inzetbaar als event- of projectcoördinator. Ik heb ervaring in het organiseren van meerdaagse evenementen en coördineerde verschillende projecten, met focus op planning, logistiek en leveranciersbeheer. With a background in Cognitive Artificial Intelligence (BSc) and Applied Cognitive Psychology (MSc), I am dedicated to making AI technologies accessible to a wide audience. During my studies, I specialized in enhancing AI experiences through insights into user perception and behavior. For my master’s thesis at TLBX, I researched how illustrations improve action recognition, leading to faster compliance with safety instructions. At ABN AMRO Bank, I contributed to UX design and research to optimize the customer journey. Additionally, as an office manager at lekkerbootjevaren.nl, I managed operations, including business processes, staffing, and customer relations. With experience in event organization, I am also open to roles as an event or project coordinator. In the past, I organized multi-day events and coordinated projects focused on planning, logistics, and supplier management.
