About Samuel Ziemer

My name is Samuel Ziemer and I am a student at Indiana University in the Kelley School of Business. During my time of employment I believe myself to have been flexible, social, and most importantly a leader. Flexible: I tend to be very good at improvisation and like to think I am quick on my feet when an unfamiliar situation arises, whether that be in the workplace or within my personal life. When I do not know what I am doing I am not afraid to ask for help and figure out the solution. Social: I love to be around people and create new relationships. I would consider myself a very outgoing person and have the ability to laugh at myself when I make a mistake. I actually prefer to work in groups thanks to the ability to get more diverse ideas in the mix of whatever we are working on Leader: In high school I decided to take on the role of president of the biggest club in our school. I had to lead meetings and also set them up, making sure everyone would be able to comfortably make it and not interfering with sport schedules. I did this role to the best of my ability, and in my opinion thrived while doing it. I hope to continue to learn within the workplace to ensure my success in the future and also the success of my future employees.
