About Samuli Multaniemi

Automation specialist experienced in industrial automation system design, commissioning, maintenance and modernization. At the moment main focus of work is in Automation and SW team leadership; Project-based system design and deliveries, commissioning and optimization in various sizes of industrial production and R&D project deliveries from pre-design to life cycle management. Main tasks include team leadership tasks such as project handling, solution concepting, delivery scheduling and interacting daily and directly with all stakeholders. Also regularly handle PLC application programming (currently mainly Beckhoff and Siemens S7), SCADA design (mainly WinCC and Citect), electrical and field instrumentation system and cabinet design. Past projects include various sized systems in the fields of industrial production, R&D, material handling, energy/power generation and safety automation. Work great in teams but can also carry out complex projects and tasks independently as well. Graduated with a degree majoring in Industrial Automation Engineering and love to educate myself especially in technological advances. Interested and ambitious towards modern automation applications and systems especially in large scale industrial process industries.
