About Samuli Nevalainen

What a ride so far, getting close to 30 years with Valmet/Sisu/Cargotec/Kalmar company. I have built wide spread experience with different kind of container handling machines like terminal tractors, fork lift trucks, reachstackers, RTG's and straddle carriers. Latest years I have seen and been working with these great innovations like diesel/battery hybrid power technology, full electric SC's, machine control automation and remote services and support tools. I have been involved and responsible for things like-Machine refurbishments-Commissioning new machines to customers-Provided product training-Product support-Warranty administration-Supplier reclaiming-Process development-Product development. I have worked closely with customers as a service technician, and provided training to service personnel. This gives quite good and close perspective what is life and business in the terminals, and what values customers respect and expect from their partners and container handling equipment.
