Ho 26 anni con circa 6 anni di esperienza lavorativa in ambito customer service, logistica di cui quasi 5 anni come Stock Assistant per importanti brand nel settore Fashion Luxury. Tra le mie mansioni rientrano la gestione del magazzino, preparazione ordini, inventari, controllo qualità, customer care con clientela internazionale e comunicazione con le figure del top management aziendale. Ho una forte propensione alla qualità e alla customer experience, su quest’ultimo aspetto mi dedico con particolare passione in quanto ritengo che ogni componente di un processo lavorativo rappresenti un indicatore di qualità del servizio per il cliente, soprattutto nel settore di cui faccio parte con una clientela multinazionale con alte aspettative. My profile is completed by the ability to create synergies in the team, a mentality oriented towards the end customer and above all a strong propensity to learn new working models in dynamic contexts in which there are continuous and measured objectives.
