With over 15 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, I am a seasoned contracts and commercial specialist who can effectively manage complex projects from inception to completion. I have a engineering degree in Electrical and a master's degree in Petroleum management, which equip me with the skills and knowledge to deliver successful business results and meet customer expectations. As a Contracts Manager at AIS, I oversee the contracts and sub-contracts administration, budgeting and forecasting, project costing and reporting, and engineering and operations management for various projects. I also provide strategic direction and guidance to the project team, using project management tools and best practices to ensure quality, operational excellence, and close-out. I have a proven track record of executing projects in line with stakeholder commitments, managing risks and issues, and optimizing costs and resources.
