Analyzing the available funnel & driving Stakeholder for Maximum Conversions into RFI. Resolving Customer Issues and Complaint Proactively. Sharing Updates to Customer as per their expectation Monitoring collection of Sign off from Operators within SLA. Discussed and prepare plan for individual and subordinate training requirement. Conduct internal training to increase technical competencies of subordinates Working Towards the Goal of Archiving the IBA Targets. Adherence to SOP Implementation of Customer Satisfaction Survey along with Circle Sales & Projects.
