With a total of 14 years experience in IT industry and over 7 years of experience as a Scrum Master, I am an agile catalyst, delivering high-quality solutions for complex business problems. I have a Master of Business Administration from Schulich School of Business, York University, graduation in Computer Science and Engineering and a Certified Scrum Master credential from Scrum Alliance, demonstrating my skills and knowledge in managing software projects, teams, and stakeholders. As a Senior Scrum Master at BMO, I lead and coach multiple cross-functional teams, applying Agile methodologies and best practices to ensure timely and efficient delivery of value-added products and services. I also facilitate collaboration and communication among the teams, the product owners, and the senior management, fostering a culture of innovation, feedback, and continuous improvement. My mission is to enable and empower the teams to achieve their goals and deliver customer satisfaction.
