About Sanat Pendyala

My focus is to move away from traditional operations, routine activities, cumbersome operations to modern digital operations. Adopt new technologies like AI/ML, Bots, VPA, and other digital tools and techniques for automation, cost reduction, productivity improvements, skill enhancement of employees and increase customer experience. I have strong program management experience in governing large scale multiple technology global programs. My experience has been predominantly in capital markets, banking sectors. As a IT professional, at various points in my career, I have dealt with most of the aspects of IT industry, right from business solutions, contracting to transition and establishing engagements and meeting customer’s business goals. I have found that having such diverse perspectives to draw upon is essential for effective leadership. I managed teams in R&D divisions twice in my career, which is quite a different experience since success of the team is entirely dependent on innovation. Those experiences were very formative to my career and made me very enthusiastic about innovation and value. In my work, I stay keenly attuned to business to ensure that the programs and initiatives are well organized and aligned to corporate goals.
