Before joining Capgemini, I worked as an Executive-IT Operations and a Human Resources Intern at Spectrum Talent Management, where I gained valuable experience in staffing, payroll, induction, employee records, onboarding, and audits. I also have certifications in Advance Excel, Microsoft Office 2007 WOW+, and Fundamentals of Digital Marketing. I graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration from Jaipuria Institute of Management in 2016, where I learned the basics of business administration and management. As an HR professional with a strong proficiency in HR systems and employee engagement strategies, I am dedicated to driving excellence in service and support.
