Sanchit Chemate is currently pursuing his Master’s in Human Resource Development (MHRD) at Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies.He has built a strong technical foundation with a BTech in Artificial Intelligence. His unique combination of HR knowledge and technical skills enables him to approach human resource challenges with a data-driven perspective, focusing on streamlining processes and enhancing the employee experience. Through internships at Kotak Alternate Asset Managers and Vortex Infoway, Sanchit has gained hands-on experience in managing client relationships, driving team collaboration, and developing AI-powered tools to improve customer satisfaction. These experiences have strengthened his adaptability and problem-solving abilities in dynamic business environments. Sanchit is passionate about leveraging technology in HR to create more efficient and people-centric workplaces. He is particularly interested in applying predictive analytics for employee well-being and fostering positive workplace cultures through improved communication and engagement strategies.
