About Sanda Nwe

I have been working as Senior Design Engineer (C&S) and have experience of 9 years in Consultant Firm in Singapore. I also have experience of Structural Framing and preparation for Tender quotation. I am able to use Staad Pro software fluently and competent using other structural software such as Orion, Prokon, Scale and RCC spreadsheet. Also, I have attended Revit Structure Basic course and Etab software, as well as FasTrak Structural Analysis software. I had experience of large scale project such as Proposed Erection of 16 Storey Single-user Warehouse Development Comprising of A 9th Storey Warehouse with Automatic Storage & Retrieval System, Ancillary Office, Bus Interchange & Commercial Uses on MK7, on Lot 04173M PT & 03812N PT at Benoi & Joo Koon Circle near Joo Koon MRT (214 million). In this project, various type of structure systems are included such as RC structure, Post Tension, Precast and Steel Structure and as well as Cobiax slab system for multi storey car park at Ancillary Office Block. I had designed and prepared for authorities submissions for pilings (total 1771 nos. of bored piles) and sub-structures for whole project, super structure for Trailer Ramp RC structure, super structure for Commercial Ramp and Auxiliary Building including Multi Storey ESS structure and reviewed shop drawings submitted by contractor. I had involved since prelim stage and worked as core person in this project and liaise with other consultants, specialist, AC, contractor for technical issues as well as authorities for ST submission and also involved authorities’ clearance such as LTA, PUB. I also had experience for A&A project (28 million) as C&S project engineer. During my period in SCE, I also had experienced in various type of AC checking including high-rise building, industrial projects and A&A projects.
