Started carrier as a Marketing Executive with Phoenix Industries Limited, Noida and Moved Dubai as a Development Consultant with CEDAR insurance Brokers LLC. Joined Relaxo Footwear Limited in as ASM and Handled U.P. and Rajasthan also given additional responsibility for Footwear designing in the same company. I was in panel of Quality Check team for NIKE in Relaxo. Joined ING Vysya Life insurance in 2004 as a TRAINING MANAGER in Lucknow.Since December 2005 till 2015 worked with Aviva Life Insurance Joined as Branch Sales Trainer for Ludhiana, got elevated as Branch Training Manager, Cluster Training Manager, Area Training Manager, Senior Area Training Manager and Partner Training. Since sep 2014 Till May 2015handled exclusively Indusind Bank channel Partner for North 2 i.e. Punjab/ Haryana/ J&K/ Himachal/ U.P. and Rajasthan and Total Number of 42 Branches handled.Since 2015 Working with Orient Insurance PJSC As AVP Training in Dubai and heading the Training department for Bancassurance, Direct Sales Force, Brokers, Call Center, Group and Individual Medical trainings. In Feb 2018 given additional responsibilities of New Products Development.
