As per the requirement sourcing, identifying & screening the candidates for contract, permanent and contract to hire positions as per as given requirement in various portals like Dice, Monster, CB (career Builder), Tec fetch LinkedIn, and indeed etc. • Posting the given requirement in various portals like Zoniac, Prohires, Ceipal, indeed, Dice etc. • Majorly involved in sourcing profiles from databases, network, internal references, Head hunting and from web portals to shortlist the profiles with respect to the Education Qualification, Experience Level and Relevance Skill Set. • Meeting prospective candidates personally and evaluating them on parameters like Communication skills, Attitude, Ability to adjust in new work environment. • Taking the preliminary round of interview so as to judge the communication skills and suitability of the candidate before submitting to client. • Schedule the Telephonic and Skype interviews to candidates who are shortlisted from the client. • Verified candidates by placing phone calls to applicants' references and previous workplace to determine capability and qualifications. • Maintain, update and relay status for all open recruiting on a daily basis with sales and technical recruiting teams. • Work closely with Account Managers to understand client dynamics and staffing criteria. • Perform weekly reporting based on in-house interviews, submitting, send-outs, offers and sales leads. Participates in weekly and daily meeting. • worked on various tax terms like Corp to Corp, W2 and 1099 for Contract and contract to hire requirements. • Worked with mostly contract positions as well as Fulltime and Contract to hire. • Worked with various visa types like US Citizens, Green Card holders, H1B, TN, E3 visa holders and EAD like GC-EAD, H4- EAD, L2-EAD,OPT EAD. • Worked with many of the clients like HCL, Google, Meta Facebook, Bosch, Biogen
