With 4 years of experience in the QA domain, I have developed expertise in test planning, execution, defect management, and data validation. I have recently transitioned into the Oracle HCM Cloud ecosystem and am actively learning various modules, including Global HR Explorer, Recruiting Explorer, Absence Explorer, Time and Labor Explorer, Compensation Explorer, and Payroll Explorer. My focus is on understanding these modules to ensure efficient and high-quality testing of HCM applications. In addition to my testing experience, I have a strong interest in data analytics and have worked on Power BI, Excel, and SQL to analyze and derive insights from data.
