Planning & controlling Inventory from Raw material stage to the Finish Goods. Ensure safe, clean and healthy working environment in compliance to statutory requirements and company policies. Preparation monthly vehicles movement report / Bill Processing. Supply Chain Management, Logistics Planning, Dispatch with a growth-oriented organization. Co-ordination with Production Division, Process division and Final Quality. Checking & process of Transporter’s bills as per company’s agreement and approvals Follow-ups and arranging Transporter’s payments including their payment reconciliation. Ensure GRN & Stacking Done on Same Day Supervise daily warehouse activities, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, and shipping. Overseeing basic operations, such as receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance of products Schedule and oversee warehouse team, and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime. Supervise to Loading, unloading Lorries and other vehicles. Provides oversight and conducts (when necessary) physical inventories and cycle counts. Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities. Liaise with clients, suppliers and transport companies Produce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report etc).
