These projects have been completed on schedule and within budget. I was dealing with architects, structural engineers for any discrepancy in drawings. I worked in company head office for pre- planning application of further next projects and made schedule in MS project for all ongoing projects in the company. Site management, material estimation and procurement, setting out, quality assurance health and safety procedure adaptation with documentations like site inductions, RAMs, CDM etc, Invoice verification for sub-contractors, deal with utility services companies for installation of services within time, site inspections and approvals from inspectors and warranty providers as per NHBC, Weekly and monthly progress reports, cash flow statements etc. are my main job responsibilities. In addition to my experience as a Sen. Project Engineer in my home country, I am also skilled in writing and enforcing safety and health protocols. During my tenure of about 9 years in that company, I finished about 12 nos' of RCC structural G+17 Storey clusters from foundation to final possession about 600 flats. Achievements include: • Successfully handed over 2 new built dwelling units in Basingstoke,4 new built houses in Farnborough, 1 house extension in reading,1 extension in Farnborough, 3 flats internal finish in fleet, 3 new built houses structural work completion in New Malden during my tenure of job about 18 months. •successfully handover 600 luxuries residential flats at Falcon View Mohali ( G+17 storey -25 towers) in India from start to finish and worked about 10 years on same project.
