With over 19 years of experience in the automotive industry (Ola electric, Ford Motor, Maruti Suzuki, Fiat, Mahindra) including both electric and internal combustion engine vehicles—I’ve successfully led end-to-end program delivery across 2W, 3W, and 4W segments. My core expertise spans Program Management, New Product Development (NPD), and Engineering Change Management for complex vehicle platforms. At Ola Electric, I’ve spearheaded integrated program management efforts for EVs, driving on-time delivery, cost optimization, and quality assurance across E-drive, battery hardware, 4680 cell integration, and embedded software systems. Program-managed the ferrite-based BLDC motor development, focusing on reducing cost dependency on rare-earth materials. I’ve also led initiatives to digitize and streamline product development processes across engineering, manufacturing, sourcing, and quality—improving transparency, traceability, and cross-functional execution.
