I’m the Founder & CEO of Catalytic Corps, a social and public sector consulting firm helping governments, nonprofits, and CSR partners achieve sustainable, scalable impact across India’s education and water sectors. Over the last two decades, I’ve worked at the intersection of governance, system reform, and institutional capacity building-helping public systems move from intent to sustained results. Our Project Management Units (PMUs) and advisory engagements have supported states to- Achieve universal Foundational Literacy & Numeracy (FLN) reform in education - Accelerate water body rejuvenation and effective natural resource governance - Strengthen data-driven decision-making and accountability within public systems At Catalytic Corps, I lead a team that partners with state governments, nonprofits, and CSR programs to design and implement system support frameworks that embed innovation, build capacity, and deliver measurable outcomes. My approach blends systems thinking, behavioral insights, and evidence-based strategy-helping institutions not just do better programs, but become learning organizations that sustain impact.
