About Sandeep Parmar

Driven by a passion for employee well-being, community impact and child development, I am currently pursuing an MSc in Psychology at Bournemouth University. With a robust foundation in both Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Human Resource Management, I bring a unique blend of expertise to foster environments that prioritize well-being, empowerment, and personal growth. Previously, I served as Program and Project Manager for a CSR initiative supported by Rentokil Initial UK in India, responsible for a company's ethical, environmental, and social impact strategies, where I led life skills and hygiene education for children. Implemented CSR strategies that align with the company's mission, values, and business goals, often focusing on sustainability, community impact, and ethical practices along with that managed projects such as charity events, sustainability projects, volunteer programs, and partnerships with NGOs. As a CSR manager, I built strong relationships with stakeholders, set KPIs, monitor progress, and analyze outcomes. Also, managed budgets, tracked expenses, and prepared reports on CSR performance. I also promoted sustainability initiatives, ensuring compliance with corporate governance principles. As a CSR managers also created opportunities for employees to participate, balancing profit with purpose, fostered positive societal impact and enhanced a company's reputation. Additionally, with an MBA in Human Resources, I am skilled in crafting inclusive work cultures aligned with CSR values, furthered by hands-on experience with diverse stakeholders. My earlier work as an educator and coordinator with Shelter Don Bosco provided vital emotional support and life skills training to orphans, underscoring my commitment to creating supportive spaces for vulnerable communities.
