Being hands on in the job and having worked in multiple roles notably in Enterprise Sales, Strategy, Project Management, Operations Management, Supply chain management, farmer & agri trade ecosystem. Driving Cross Functional Teams & Change Management had been an immense learning experience. My notable achievement has been building a net profitable business, being bootstrapped and establishing a sourcing base for agri commodities in North India and Imported fruits at multiple locations for Ninjacart. I get thrilled and excited to work on new ideas and technologies and enjoy working with highly productive and goal oriented teams.
