My career graph has been marked with a high-level contribution to the Product design, sales increase, business growth and supply chain optimization. Right from the start, my pro-active approach coupled with critical thinking and an important ability to solve complex problems was instrumental to achieve extraordinary business results for my employers. As a mechanical engineer with good people skills and a strong understanding of the technical side, I spearheaded in all works related to manufacturing engineering business, encompassing new product development, sales, production planning, budgeting, inventory, and procurement management. At present, I lead the supply chain segment, managing over 100+ vendors to achieve the successful delivery of desired business outcomes. Streamlined sourcing, inventory control, and procurement operations by implementing Kanban scheduling system, and other cost management techniques. Instituted practices like Gemba Walk that cultivated productivity and helped employees to feel valued and motivated towards enhancing process and reducing waste. My most eminent achievement was driving a 5% annual turnover increase through OEM partner-relationship management and establishing a connection with new lines of business for effective growth in manufacturing expansion.
