Thanks for reaching out! Let me tell you about myself. I can describe myself as a family person, a connector, a go-getter and tenacious person, who’s sporty, positive and innovative. The fields of psychology and sociology keep me busy and I like to look at different subjects from those perspectives. How does that manifest itself in practice? Lots of reading, observing, reflecting, discussing and learning. Constantly looking for personal motives, improvement, innovation and efficiency to make people/organizations and their services qualitatively stronger. It’s all about people. Trust, a safe feeling, clarity and an atmosphere in which people really appreciate each other are, in my opinion, the basis for growing together. Ensuring transparency is important in this regard. We want to know what we can and may expect from each other. How do we work? LTP can offer a lot in the field of HR, so analyzes can be carried out to see how someone or the organization can develop and improve. Subsequently, various interventions are possible to implement the improvement together. For example through coaching, assessment, but also think of strategic sessions. The work is so much fun and meaningful because it is always about people’s differences and willingness to improve. I’m interested in topics like leadership, culture, diversity and much more. In een paar woorden kan ik mijzelf omschrijven als: familiemens, een verbinder, aanpakker en vastbijter, sportief, positief én innovatief. De vakgebieden psychologie en sociologie houden mij bezig en vanuit die perspectieven beschouw ik graag verschillende onderwerpen. Hoe uit zich dat in de praktijk? Veel lezen, observeren, reflecteren, overleggen en leren. Constant weer opzoek gaan naar persoonlijke drijfveren, verbetering, innovatie en efficiëntie om mensen/organisaties en hun diensten kwalitatief sterker te maken. De mens staat centraal. Vertrouwen, een veilig gevoel, duidelijkheid en een sfeer waarin mensen elkaar echt waarderen zijn mijns inziens de basis om samen te kunnen groeien. Zorgen voor transparantie is daarbij belangrijk. We willen weten wat we van elkaar kunnen en mogen verwachten. Het werk is zo mooi en leuk omdat het altijd weer anders is. Andere mensen, een andere organisatie of een andere omgeving.
