About Sander Dillema

Bachelor in Business Administration, Master of Science in Sustainable Entrepreneurship. Interested in a role of business around our collective mission to become more sustainable. Experienced with project management, process optimisation (Lean Green Belt certified), business modelling for traditional and sustainable startups, strategy development, performance management/reporting (CSRD, GRI, B Corp etc.), public tendering, and multidisciplinary collaboration. As a business student, I learned about the urgency behind sustainable development and became intrinsically motivated to take action and contribute to a more sustainable/livable future. I wanted to learn more about the theories surrounding the topic of sustainability to help organisations set up the right foundation for their goals and actions. Start with why! Thanks to the master's course from the University of Groningen, I can confidently argue in favour of sustainability and am always looking for ways to put my skills and ideas into practice, while working in purchasing at the Wageningen University & Research.
