That's what I like to do best. I have been providing asset management advice and implementation since 2006. My track record includes both Dutch and international clients in the public and private sectors. I love starting up, exploring, designing, implementing, optimizing and continuously improving and learning. I also love to visualize ideas, visions, plans, products and other results in such a way that they become meaningful to whoever is relevant. I like to give traditional media such as presentations and reports that extra touch that makes them stand out and memorable. But I enjoy capturing results in less frequently used media even more. For example, by processing organizations, visions, programs, processes, asset management and quality systems and complete training programs into board and card games. In recent years, I have focused my attention on the further development of asset management in government organizations. I am proud of the results that I achieve with my clients and colleagues in the urban management of Amsterdam, Rotterdam and The Hague. In doing so, I help to determine asset management maturity, provide direction, describe the 'as is' and 'to be' organization and translate the steps to be taken into concrete, logical, time-bound deliverables.
