About Sander Sildver

I help partners sell and deliver smarter building automation — faster, leaner, and without unnecessary complexity. My career started in the toughest sales school there is: 80-hour weeks in the US, door-to-door, 100% commission. Nine summers later, I had led international teams that generated over $2M in revenue and ranked in the all-time top 100 in personal sales. That gave me the grit, systems, and resilience I still use today. Since then, I’ve led international B2B sales in autonomous vehicles, helped scale carbon forestry projects, and now drive partnerships in building automation at Bisly. Across all of it, my focus has been the same: • Build repeatable systems that scale. • Turn complex technology into simple playbooks. • Shorten the path from interest → quote → delivery. At Bisly, I work with electricians and integrators to help them win projects with leaner, more sustainable building automation — fewer components, faster installs, lower total cost. Currently completing my MBA at TalTech, I’m adding strategic and financial depth to my practical sales background.
