From Corporate Communication into IT. From functional consultancy into technical teamlead into operational management into (setting up) DevOps into technical innovation, change management and corporate strategy. Looking at my career so far, it is the will to improve that truely drives me; modernizing, new technology, being ahead of the curve when it comes to functionality and market development, figuring out day to day processes that help us work more efficiently. Of course all the while we keep communicating and taking everyone along in what we try to achieve. It can all be mind-boggling complex to keep so many thinks afloat simultaneously. It's not just creating a vision, but to make that vision reality, what I believe to be my greatest skill. Paving a road to that, at some times seemingly ungraspable, dot on the horizon. Paving that road is what I do passionately with energy levels that usually go through the roof, every day again.
