In cybersecurity, it is very important to see the bigger picture. Today, raising the awareness of all employees, especially management, is essential in establishing a safer digital environment. Technology is moving rapidly, and risk assessment services are no longer an afterthought but an essential component of running any business with a digital footprint The world is more vulnerable than ever to cyberattacks or the compromising of customer and company data. I see it as an essential step to implement the correct processes and architecture into everyday life and in all business processes. Most of my time is spent on servicing and helping specialists to do their job, i.e. management related tasks. My super powers include: systematic,(business/system) analysis, process oriented thinking, sustainable organisations, cybersecurity, risk assessment, and risk management. As an experienced specialist in the field of enterprise software, I’ve worked in a variety of roles including consultant, developer, project manager, architect, systems analyst, and CEO. Not to mention, I have comprehensive knowhow in accounting, financial management, production management, supply chain management, general organisational management, and operations management. In my role, having the right set of people skills is also crucial, namely: empathy, trust, keeping calm, and exerting a high degree of self-control. And in my spare time? You might find me skiing, orienteering, playing ukulele/guitar, and dabbling in the stock markets - I am extremely bad at all of them.
