With over 15 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, including more than 8 years in leadership roles within the European MedTech landscape, I thrive when I get to build something new with a passionate team. Whether it’s launching an innovative therapy or turning around a struggling business, I believe in the power of shared ambition and sharp execution based on a clear Commanders Intent. I’ve brought new products and therapies to market from scratch, developed untapped territories, opened access, and built relationships with key opinion leaders. Beyond the commercial domain, I’ve also led Internal Training and Clinical Excellence teams, and even built up Customer Service and Logistics operations, always with full P&L accountability. What drives me: Neuromodulation, pain therapies, anaesthesia and cardiovascular care. What defines me: Commercial clarity, bold leadership, and a strong sense of team cohesion. All that while also having a bit of fun along the journey.
