I am a senior process advisor at Barclays, where I provide excellent customer service and support across multiple channels to create customer satisfaction and positively influence NPS scores. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in botany/plant biology and chemistry from University of Lucknow, which gives me a unique perspective and a keen interest in the natural world. My core competencies include attention to detail, technical support, and numeracy. In my current role, I maintain an enhanced level of specialist competence and expertise in Barclays' products, policies, and processes, which enables me to handle the more specialist/complex needs of customers and provide accurate solutions. I also personalize each interaction with customers and adapt a values-based approach when dealing with customers, which enables me to handle sensitive issues and messages efficiently to best support our customers. I proactively identify learning opportunities to ensure continuous improvement and complete mandatory training and assessments. I am motivated by the Barclays' culture of innovation, inclusion, and social responsibility, and I strive to contribute to the team's success and the company's vision. I believe I can bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as well as a passion for plant biology and chemistry, which I pursue in my spare time.
