Myself Sandhya K M, Doctoral student in Physics at IISER,TVM. I have demonstrated experience in Synthesis, Fabrication and Characterization of thin‑film devices using promising and emerging nanomaterials including varieties of Quantum Dots, Inorganic Semiconductors, and Two‑Dimensional Transition Metal Dichalcogenides. The central theme of my thesis entitled "Doping of Semiconductors at Nanoscale to Tune the Electronic and Optoelectronic Properties" includes various different doping strategies that have been adopted to tune the electronic and optoelectronic properties of semiconducting QDs. Waiting for an opportunity in a research institute where I could do my level best, and hope to be able to continuously learn and apply my research knowledge.
