Sandhya has been a leader for the Real Estate and Education sector. She has over 3 decades of professional experience in service sector and as a serial entrepreneur. She has donned multi-faceted roles and her expertise includes brand creation, marketing communication, sales and product development and strategy. In the past, Sandhya has created brands in garments, restaurant and education sector and has had successful exits. Currently, she is also a Director and Co-Founder of Tenet Media LLC [a Media, PR and Event Management firm in Dubai]. Her zeal and passion for entrepreneurship coupled with her philanthropy philosophy makes her a perfect fit to drive and fuel growth of academic incubation- She has to her credit, a whooping sale of 2.3 million sq. ft. residential and commercial area while leading the sales team at a major construction house in Mumbai- Her influential network and her liaison skills helped her in negotiating and procuring redevelopment projects for her Company- Conceptualised and launched education institute promoting bright young minds- Owned a fashion designing studio and her creations were showcased in the top multi-designer stores in India and Dubai- ‘Luxury Designer of the Year’ award winner for 2019- ‘Best Food Court Brand’ at Xperia Mall for 2018.
