With over 18 years of experience in the legal and compliance field, I have developed and implemented effective strategies and policies to ensure compliance with the highest standards of ethics and sustainability for the company's projects, from development to operation. I also manage a team of legal professionals and liaise with external stakeholders, such as investors, regulators, and partners. I have a strong background in the electric mobility sector, having worked as a VP-Legal and Compliance at MoEVing, a fast-growing electric vehicle platform, and as a Deputy General Manager at Mytrah Mobility, a pioneer in electric mobility solutions. I have extensive knowledge and skills in corporate law, due diligence, team management, and contract negotiation, as well as a passion for innovation and social impact. I am driven by the mission of advancing the transition to clean and green energy, and I bring a diverse and inclusive perspective to the field.
