I am a corporate legal and compliance professional with strong expertise in legal research and analysis, regulatory interpretation, compliance monitoring, and corporate governance within Indonesia’s state-owned enterprise environment—particularly in the geothermal energy sector. In my role within the Corporate Legal & Compliance Division at PT Geo Dipa Energi (Persero), I contribute to ensuring the company’s alignment with national regulations, internal policies, and international best practices. My work includes developing comprehensive legal opinions, policy reviews, contract assessments, and providing recommendations that support executive decision-making across the organization. I am deeply involved in strengthening the company’s compliance ecosystem, including the development and refinement of compliance monitoring frameworks, risk registers, DoA evaluations, governance documents, and alignment with regulatory standards such as ISO 37301 and ISO 37001. I also review and draft key documents such as internal guidelines, procedures, Board materials, and legal memoranda related to geothermal development regulations, procurement governance, corporate approvals, and risk mitigation. With a background in Law (LL.B) and Management (Master’s Degree), I bridge legal reasoning with managerial thinking—allowing me to translate rules and regulatory demands into actionable, practical solutions that enhance organizational integrity and performance. I am committed to continuous growth, particularly in areas of energy regulation, corporate governance, compliance strategy, and the evolving legal landscape of Indonesian SOEs. I enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive accountability, transparency, and ethical business practices.
