I am the new head Housekeeper at Bella Vista Motel I am here to help Front Desk take order and strengthen operations, in housekeeping procedures and to work smarter not hard. Our goal here at Bella Vista Motel is to avoid costly repairs and equipment downtime. Cut back costs with out sacrificing room cleanliness. It’s about getting all 40 rooms in better conditions along with the outside of the building. Daily cleaning of rooms and guest stay overs take up most of our day. This trickling-down effect has had a negative impact on guest and staff. Once the rooms are cleaned and in proper order it will enhanced staff productivity. So sacrificing room cleanliness will become a thing of the past. With rooms super clean and working at their full capacity it will improve Housekeepers performance. We at Bella Vista Motel think outside the box and we work together to create solutions to maximize efficiency. We have been improving guest satisfaction and draw in potential results guests expect. By working together and finding better strategies staff has been working more diligently. All staff here at Bella Vista Motel are powerful job-performance motivator. Our move is focused to organize the workplace efficiently, keep it neat and clean, uphold standardized conditions, and make the staff and floor disciplined so as to do a quality job. After which, the company can have results like enhanced productivity, robust quality, improved health and safety conditions for guest, and a better working environment for employees. Special projects will hinder normal operations at a minimal level. Our objective is continuous improvement of the workplace. A real program that never stops, as it is always helping the workflow move smooth, safer, and quicker. It will improve guest satisfaction scores and delivers the results everyone expect.
