About Sandi Paulus

With over 17 years of experience in supply chain and logistics, I am a seasoned leader and innovator in the logistics industry. I currently serve as the Vice President of Contract Logistics at Shipper, a fast-growing logistics platform that connects shippers and carriers in Indonesia. In this role, I am responsible for the strategy, revenue growth, operations, and product development of the contract logistics business unit, which provides end-to-end logistics solutions for B2B customers across various sectors. I have successfully built and managed a nationwide network of hundreds of fleet and multiple warehouses, achieving 99.9% on-time delivery, 100% warehouse accuracy, and positive gross profit. I have also developed and implemented in-house logistics technology products, including TMS and WMS, to increase operational productivity and efficiency. Prior to joining Shipper, I was the Vice President of Logistics at GudangAda, a leading B2B e-commerce and distribution platform in Indonesia, where I led the logistics business development and transport sourcing strategy, resulting in more than 100% revenue growth. I also have extensive experience in managing e-logistics operations for Lazada, one of the largest online marketplaces in Southeast Asia, where I reduced lead time, lowered failed delivery rate, and improved buyer and seller experience. Additionally, I have a strong background in project logistics, oil and gas, and FMCG, having worked with global companies such as Shell and Nestle. I hold a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Industrial Engineering from Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember Surabaya and several professional certifications, including LEAD AUDITOR, BASIC DEFENSIVE & RESPONSIBLE DRIVING, and DMAIC. I have also received multiple honors and awards for my innovation, performance, and best practices in logistics and supply chain management. I am passionate about building logistics solutions that create value for customers, partners, and stakeholders. I am always eager to learn new skills, explore new opportunities, and collaborate with diverse teams. My goal is to leverage my expertise and experience to contribute to the growth and success of Shipper and the logistics industry in Indonesia and beyond.
