Politically proactive REALTOR(R) specializing in residential real estate in Los Angeles County's beautiful South Bay cities of Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach, Redondo Beach, Palos Verdes Peninsula and Torrance. The South Bay area of Los Angeles County has been my home for many years so I am prepared to represent buyers and sellers of residential and investment real estate in the cities of Hermosa Beach, Manhattan Beach, Redondo Beach, Torrance, Palos Verdes and many other areas in the 310 area code! I also volunteer with the South Bay Association of REALTORS(R) currently on the Government Affairs Committee and the Professional Standards Committee. In addition, education in my field has added the Certified Residential Specialist and Graduate, REALTOR(R) Institute designations, as well as the e-PRO (advanced digital marketing) certification and C2EX (Commitment to Excellence) endorsement from the National Association of REALTORS(R). I have been honored to serve the South Bay Association of REALTORS(R) as its President in I received the honor of being named 1997 South Bay AOR REALTOR(R) of the Year, and the additional honor of being named California Association of REALTORS(R) 2003 Outstanding Committee Chair.
