I'm the person who's always asking "why?"- it's in my DNA. With a mom who was a fighter jet mechanic and a dad who was motorcycle mechanic, I inherited a natural curiosity for how things work and how they could work better. This relentless curiosity drives me to look beyond surface-level solutions to find the underlying causes and create sustainable improvements. What energizes me? Building systems that last. One of my proudest achievements was designing requirements for a data processing system that ran uninterrupted for 8 years, while I taught teams and carriers how to improve their inputs, scaling from 200K rows at 84% accuracy to 2.5M rows at 99% accuracy. I measure success not just in immediate results but in creating solutions that continue delivering value long after implementation.
