I have experience of working across multiple domains viz. Telecom OSS/BSS, Pharma, Chemical and Healthcare solutions with outstanding contributions in meeting the project goals with cost advantages. I have comprehensive experience in providing directional leadership to project teams, driving various strategic initiatives and implementing process improvement. I have extensive experience of working in Agile-Scrum and Waterfall projects, have been involved in various technical implementation projects and engaged in solution design. Managed a complex mix of data, application and platforms on Enterprise Data Warehousing (EDW) independently for Telecom BI solutions and SFDC projects. Experienced in managing the entire project life cycle which includes managing scope, schedule, budget and resources, requirement gathering, design and implementation, delivery review, project performance assessment and applying procedures, tools and methods. Have expertise in driving end-to-end root cause analysis, business impact assessment and mitigation plans, escalations management and change control process implementation as per the scope definition. As a Senior Program Manager, I have handled the entire gamut of people management activities and achieved project goals by meeting project deadlines and ensuring SLA’s adherence.
